Drivers see an alert in the Driver Portal with a tip as soon as a customer feedback, delivery behavior, or safety alert lands for them, and a weekly 1 to 100 driver score that puts them in Diamond (Group A), Gold (Group B), or Bronze (Group C) with what it takes to reach the next tier. Drivers must read and confirm each coaching item before the rest of the portal opens, managers can send their own coaching (late arrival, uniform, safety shoes, and more), and a tracker shows who confirmed what and when. You choose which coaching goes to the Driver Portal and set alert hours, tips, and group rules per station. Without the add-on, coaching stays manager-only on Scorecard. How do I know my data is current, or that a pull failed?

Open Agentic AI, then Data Sync & Schedules. It lists every pull with its source, what it brings in, which pages use it, its times in your station's time zone, the last attempt and last success, the next run, and how many records it read and changed. Each run is marked Updated, No changes, Incomplete data, or Failed, so a run that found nothing new never looks like a failure. Alerts flag failed or repeated failures, a scheduled time that never ran, data that is out of date, a run that read far fewer records than usual, and HR statuses that differ from the DSP portal. When a source was only partly ready, nothing is removed; the next run fills the rest.

Some of my managers also drive. Do they need two accounts?

No. One person keeps one login and one email with as many roles as they have. A manager who also drives gets a Manager Workspace with the access you set for them, and a Driver Workspace with their own scorecard, coaching, schedule, and notifications. They switch from the profile menu (their initials at the top right) without signing out, and each device remembers their last choice. Driver data is never copied: it's the same employee, the same scorecards, and the same history. Promote a driver by adding the Manager role to the login they already use, and remove it anytime without losing anything.

I just connected the DSP portal. When will my pages fill in?

Within minutes. When you connect the DSP portal, Netradyne, or Slack, every agent that needs it runs once right away instead of waiting for its scheduled time. The first runs also bring in history: about 4 months of Netradyne alerts, about 8 months of Scorecard History, 3 months of DVICs, and every invoice the portal still has. Home shows a Start Here card with each source and the pages it fills until everything is connected.

Will the agents overwrite numbers my team typed?

No. Portal numbers only go into empty boxes, tinted blue with a Portal tag until someone checks and saves the day. When the portal disagrees with a number someone typed, the box shows Use portal / Keep mine so you choose.

Does FPDSP ever change anything on the DSP portal, Netradyne, or Slack?

No. The agents only read. They never file or change a dispute, never review, approve, or dispute an invoice, never change routes, and never post, react, or mark messages read in Slack. Anything that needs filing, like a dispute, is written for you to copy and submit yourself.

Does FPDSP file disputes for me?

Accepted Answer

No. It writes each dispute from the event's facts and tells you which reason to pick, and you copy it from Scorecard → Dispute Generator and submit it on the portal (or in Netradyne for safety alerts). Nothing is ever submitted for you.

Does DVIC Time show DVICs in real time?

Close to it. The Fleet Agent checks the DSP portal around every wave: at the wave time and 10 minutes after (while vans are still at the station), 10 minutes after the planned departure for late pre-trips, every hour while vans come back for post-trips, and at 12:20 PM and 10:20 PM as a safety net. A DVIC shows within minutes of the check after the driver finishes it, since that's when the portal records how long it took. Everything shows on Fleet → DVIC Time: who did it, pre-trip or post-trip, how long it took, and that vehicle's minimum. A rushed DVIC sends you an alert that pops up on any FPDSP page, and the driver a coaching message; a rushed pre-trip from the last 45 minutes asks them to redo it before leaving the station.

Question 20

How long does a DVIC need to take?

It depends on the vehicle, not the station type. 90 seconds for vans rated 10,000 lb or less (cargo vans, EDVs). 5 minutes for DOT vehicles rated 10,001 lb or more, the line federal (FMCSA) rules use: step vans, 16 and 26 ft box trucks, and a Sprinter 4500. FPDSP reads each vehicle's weight rating from the DSP portal and its VIN, so an RSR or AMZL station with step vans or box trucks still gets 5 minutes on those.

A dispute moved my week up to Fantastic Plus. Where do I see the money I'm owed?

Accepted Answer

Finance → Incentives, in Scorecard Upgrades After Disputes, and on Scorecard History for anyone with Finance access. Fantastic pays $0.07 a package and Fantastic Plus $0.15. The final incentive is the week's eligible packages times the final standing's rate. The first incentive invoice already paid the old rate, so you're owed the $0.08 difference times that week's packages. FPDSP checks every invoice after the change, not just the next one, for a line naming that week (usually "Delivery Excellence Week" and the number), including payments split across several invoices, and never marks it paid without an invoice line that proves it. Each week shows Outstanding (no invoice found yet), Partly Paid, On Invoice (billed, payment not in yet), or Fully Paid with the invoice number and date. The notifications bell alerts Finance users when a payment is expected and again when it's paid.

Does FPDSP decide which injuries go on my OSHA log?

No, you do. Every injury case shows a preliminary OSHA check based on 29 CFR 1904: days away, restricted duty, care beyond first aid, loss of consciousness, a significant diagnosis, or a provider recommending treatment or time off. It shows the rule behind each point and what's still missing. It never decides from a refusal, from where care happened, from who paid, or from a workers' comp claim. You mark each case Recordable or Not Recordable, and only the ones you mark recordable show on OSHA Log Prep. Injuries treated with first aid only (an ice pack or a bandage at the station, for example) usually aren't recordable.

Can FPDSP print my OSHA 300 log, 300A summary, and 301 reports?

Yes. OSHA Log Prep prints the 300 log and the 300A summary for any year from the cases you marked recordable, and each recordable case prints its 301 incident report. The 300A fills in your establishment address, average employees, and hours worked once you enter them. OSHA accepts equivalent forms; check every entry before you post, sign, or submit. FPDSP never submits anything to OSHA for you.
