Email support
Email [email protected] with your name, your DSP, and what you were trying to do. A screenshot helps. We reply by email.
Already signed in? You can also open a ticket from Support inside the app.
Can't sign in
- Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email.
- Managers and drivers join by invite. If your invite expired, ask your DSP owner or manager to resend it.
Drivers
Questions about your route, schedule, scorecard, or coaching go to your DSP — they manage that information. For problems with the app itself, email [email protected].
Billing
DSP owners manage their plan and payment method on the web at fpdsp.com under Billing. For billing questions, email [email protected].
Delete your account
- Owners, managers, and co-owners — Settings → Account & Help → Delete Account.
- Drivers — in the driver app, tap Account → Delete Account.
- Or email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
