This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to fpdsp.com, operated by Bousmah Capital Investment LLC. It supplements our Terms of Service.
You may
- Use the service for legitimate DSP operations you are authorized to manage
- Invite managers under your DSP account within product limits
- Upload operational data you have the right to process
You may not
- Violate law, privacy, or third-party rights
- Access another DSP's data without authorization
- Probe, scan, or attack the platform, or reverse engineer the service
- Resell, scrape, or automate access in a way that harms service stability
- Upload malware, spam, or unlawful content
- Misrepresent affiliation with Amazon or any delivery network
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP or the Terms, and report abuse where required by law.
