Question 1

What is fpdsp.com?

Accepted Answer

fpdsp.com is an independent DSP performance operating system for Delivery Service Partners. It brings the Scorecard section (a Dispute Generator that writes your disputes every morning, a dispute results tracker, a mid-week Fantastic Plus forecast, a warnings tracker, six-week trends, coaching, and Daily Data), Fleet, Operations, Risk (injuries by care level, a preliminary OSHA check you confirm, printable OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 forms, workers' compensation, and state reporting guidance), Assets, HR (hiring, onboarding, Meta / Google API Connections, employee files, terminations, and E-Sign), and Finance (revenue from every invoice, profit and loss with payroll cost, expenses, Work Summary Tool and weekly variable invoice checks, fleet invoice checks, rate cards, payroll hours, and labor hygiene: Hours vs Work, training pay, CMW, work hours, lunch, I-9, and PTO owed), and Templates & Forms (a searchable library of ready-to-print forms) into one platform, built by DSP operators for DSP operators. It is not affiliated with any delivery network.

Question 2

What do I get with the Scorecard section?

Accepted Answer

Much more than a forecast. The Dispute Generator writes your CDF, DSB, DC DPMO, and camera disputes every morning from each event's facts, with the odds each one gets approved (including patterns learned across DSPs when Learning Across DSPs is on). A portal filing trial can walk Click to Dispute on your account without submitting. The Dispute Results tracker keeps every decision and its reason, your win rate by type, and the chance each week moves up a standing. You also get the mid-week Fantastic Plus forecast, a warnings tracker with the warning steps your DSP sets, six-week trends by driver, a coaching board with a daily Coaching Agent, Scorecard History, and Daily Data filled by AI agents from your DSP portal. The Driver Portal add-on shows each driver the same official metrics with color-coded Fantastic goals.

Question 3

Who is fpdsp.com for?

Accepted Answer

DSP owners, GMs, and ops managers who need live standing visibility, cleaner Daily Data and portal imports, dispute workflows, route and timesheet operations, fleet tracking, incident records, and hiring pipelines, without juggling spreadsheets. Owners can invite up to 20 managers per station and turn each section or single page on or off for each person.

Question 4

What do the AI agents do?

Accepted Answer

The Scorecard Agent connects to your DSP portal and pulls your daily numbers into Daily Data five times a day, lists the disputes worth filing every morning with the odds each one gets approved (from the Dispute Brain, which learns from the situation of every dispute you filed and shows the similar past cases behind each call), tracks dispute decisions, and imports the official weekly scorecard as soon as it posts. The Safety Agent saves every Netradyne alert twice a day, scores driver risk, and checks cameras. The Coaching Agent builds the coaching list every morning: who to talk to today, what to fix, and what to say, with a message drafted for each driver. The Dispatch Agent finds the Day of Ops in Slack and today's routes on the DSP portal before your first wave and builds the loadout sheet. The Fleet Agent keeps your van list matched to the DSP portal every morning and flags rushed DVICs around every wave. The Finance Agent pulls every invoice and payment twice a day. The HR Agent saves a termination profile for everyone outboarded on the DSP portal, so you're ready for an unemployment claim. The first time you connect the DSP portal, Netradyne, or Slack, they start pulling within minutes instead of waiting for their scheduled times, so your pages fill in the same day. They never overwrite a number your team typed and never submit anything for you. You choose report only, needs approval, or autopilot for each automation.

Question 5

Is my DSP's data kept separate and secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each DSP's data is walled off at the database level, managers only see the stations and pages the owner gives them, and an audit trail records every change, by people and AI agents, field by field. When you connect your DSP portal, you choose what the AI agents can read (for example, everything except finance), and the parts you leave unchecked are never opened. You can change it anytime.

Question 6

How does the mid-week scorecard forecast work?

Accepted Answer

You enter Daily Data (or import CDF and DSB reports), calibrate with closed scorecard weeks, and fpdsp.com projects Fantastic Plus standing before the week closes, with Quality/Safety capping awareness, coaching queues, Mismatch Deep Dive, and hassle-free dispute packets ready to review for what still needs a human eye after auto-exemptions.

Question 7

How much does fpdsp.com cost?

Accepted Answer

Start with the full Scorecard section (the Dispute Generator, a dispute results tracker, the mid-week Fantastic Plus forecast, a warnings tracker, six-week trends, coaching, and Daily Data filled by AI agents) at 50% off your first month, applied automatically at checkout. Scorecard is $99/mo after that ($49.50 for the first month). Most OS modules (Operations, Schedule, Fleet, Risk, HR, Finance, Templates) are $79/mo; Assets Inventory is $19/mo. Every plan includes Scorecard. Full OS is $399/mo. Each extra station is $39/mo, added to your plan when you add the station. The Driver Portal (each driver's own portal, instant coaching alerts, and driver scores) is an add-on at $1 per driver per month on top of any plan, Full OS included, billed for each driver active on your DSP portal roster. Cancel anytime. Your plan stays active through the month you've paid for. See the homepage pricing section.

Question 8

What is the Driver Portal?

Accepted Answer

The Driver Portal is an add-on that gives every driver their own portal on their phone, in English and Spanish: today's route, van checks, coaching, and their own scorecard with the same official metrics as the weekly PDF (CDF, DSB, DC, POD, CED, and safety), each color-coded On Target, Close, or Off Target next to the Fantastic goal on a You vs Goal scale. Drivers see an alert with a tip as soon as a customer feedback, delivery behavior, or safety alert lands for them, and a weekly 1 to 100 driver score that puts them in Diamond (Group A), Gold (Group B), or Bronze (Group C) with what it takes to reach the next tier. Drivers must read and confirm each coaching item before the rest of the portal opens, managers can send their own coaching (late arrival, uniform, safety shoes, and more), and a tracker shows who confirmed what and when. You choose which coaching goes to the Driver Portal and set alert hours, tips, and group rules per station. Without the add-on, coaching stays manager-only on Scorecard. It's $1 per driver per month on top of any plan. Try it yourself on the Driver Portal Demo page (fpdsp.com/dsp-driver-portal): it opens on Scorecard so you see the metrics and goals right away, no sign-up needed.

Question 9

Is there a new-customer discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every new account gets 50% off its first month on whatever you pick at checkout, no code needed. The Scorecard section is $49.50 for the first month, then $99/mo unless you cancel. Every plan includes the full Scorecard section: disputes, dispute results, the forecast, warnings, and six-week trends. Other modules such as Operations, Fleet, Risk, Assets, and HR can be added on top of it or via Full OS ($399/mo).

Question 10

Is there a referral program?

Accepted Answer

Yes. DSP owners get a personal referral link on Billing. When a referred DSP pays for OS for two months, the referrer gets their next OS month free. Driver Portal stays billed as usual. Share the link from Billing → Refer a DSP.

Question 11

What happens after I subscribe?

Accepted Answer

You land on First Setup: connect the DSP portal (and Netradyne, ADP, or Slack when you use them) so AI agents can fill your pages, and optionally book an fpdsp Implementation Call from open 1-hour slots (Central Time calendar). Pages stay empty until you connect a source.

Question 12

How do I book a demo?

Accepted Answer

Go to fpdsp.com/book-demo, pick a 1-hour open slot (shown in your time zone; our calendar is Central Time, 12 PM to 6 PM CT), and submit your details. You get an on-screen confirmation, then an email within 24 hours with Zoom once we confirm.

Question 13

Is fpdsp.com affiliated with a delivery network?

Accepted Answer

No. fpdsp.com is an independent software platform based in Miami, Florida. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any delivery network operator. Forecasts are projections based on your data, not official scorecard results.

Question 14

What makes fpdsp.com better than spreadsheets for DSP ops?

Accepted Answer

Spreadsheets do not project Fantastic Plus mid-week, match CDF/DSB to drivers, organize hassle-free dispute review for what still needs a human eye after auto-exemptions, or keep Fleet, Operations, Risk (injuries by care level, a preliminary OSHA check you confirm, workers' compensation, and state reporting guidance), Assets, and hiring in one permissioned OS. fpdsp.com is purpose-built for DSP performance workflows.

Question 15

How often does fpdsp pull new data?

Accepted Answer

Each AI agent pulls on its own schedule, so there's nothing to press. Daily Data numbers from the DSP portal: five times a day (9 AM, 11 AM, 3 PM, 7 PM, and 11 PM by default). Netradyne alerts and driver risk: twice a day (6 AM and 3 PM by default). Today's routes and the Day of Ops from Slack: every morning before your first wave, every 15 minutes until they post. DVIC times: around every wave, plus 12:20 PM and 10:20 PM. Vans from the DSP portal: every day at 6 AM. Invoices and payments: every day at 7 AM and 5 PM. ADP payroll totals: four times a day at 7 AM, 12 PM, 4 PM, and 11 PM once ADP is connected; ADP day punches (Group Timecard) twice a day at 8:10 AM and 5:10 PM for Finance → Payroll and Hours vs Work; plus ADP Home keep-alive every 15 minutes, day and night, so the Sign in once session stays warm. Terminations from the DSP portal: every day at 10:15 AM. The official weekly scorecard: from Tuesday at 5 PM until it posts. Pages an agent fills show when they were last pulled, at the top of the page, and Agentic AI, Data Sync & Schedules lists every pull with its exact times, last success, and next run.

Question 16

How do I know my data is current, or that a pull failed?

Accepted Answer

Open Agentic AI, then Data Sync & Schedules. It lists every pull with its source, what it brings in, which pages use it, its times in your station's time zone, the last attempt and last success, the next run, and how many records it read and changed. Each run is marked Updated, No changes, Incomplete data, or Failed, so a run that found nothing new never looks like a failure. Alerts flag failed or repeated failures, a scheduled time that never ran, data that is out of date, a run that read far fewer records than usual, and HR statuses that differ from the DSP portal. When a source was only partly ready, nothing is removed; the next run fills the rest.

Question 17

Some of my managers also drive. Do they need two accounts?

Accepted Answer

No. One person keeps one login and one email with as many roles as they have. A manager who also drives gets a Manager Workspace with the access you set for them, and a Driver Workspace with their own scorecard, coaching, schedule, and notifications. They switch from the profile menu (their initials at the top right) without signing out, and each device remembers their last choice. Driver data is never copied: it's the same employee, the same scorecards, and the same history. Promote a driver by adding the Manager role to the login they already use, and remove it anytime without losing anything.

Question 18

I just connected the DSP portal. When will my pages fill in?

Accepted Answer

Signing up alone does not fill pages. After you connect a source (DSP portal Sign in once, Netradyne, or Slack), every agent that needs it runs once within about 5 minutes instead of waiting for its scheduled time. The first portal run fills Daily Data for recent days (blue Portal tags until someone checks the day) and unlocks the mid-week Fantastic forecast from those numbers. First runs also bring in history: about 4 months of Netradyne alerts, about 8 months of Scorecard History, 3 months of DVICs, and every invoice the portal still has. Home shows a Start Here card with each source and the pages it fills until everything is connected. If a page is still empty an hour after a successful Sign in once, open a support ticket.

Question 19

Will the agents overwrite numbers my team typed?

Accepted Answer

No. Portal numbers only go into empty boxes, tinted blue with a Portal tag until someone checks and saves the day. When the portal disagrees with a number someone typed, the box shows Use portal / Keep mine so you choose.

Question 20

Does fpdsp ever change anything on the DSP portal, Netradyne, or Slack?

Accepted Answer

Agents only read by default. They never review, approve, or dispute an invoice, never change routes, and never post, react, or mark messages read in Slack. For quality disputes, Scorecard → Dispute Generator has a filing trial that opens your DSP portal and stops before Submit so you can review the path; nothing is filed until you turn on real filing later (Confirm then file or Autopilot). Until then, copy write-ups yourself. Safety alerts still file in Netradyne by hand.

Question 21

What should I do right after I pay?

Accepted Answer

You land on First Setup. Connect your sources in the order that fits you: DSP Portal, Netradyne, and ADP are high priority; Slack is recommended for Day of Ops. Sign in once on each, and agents start pulling within about 5 minutes. You can also book an fpdsp Implementation Call (optional) so a specialist walks you through. Open First Setup anytime from the menu, or from the banner on Home until you continue to Home.

Question 22

How do I book a demo before I subscribe?

Accepted Answer

Open fpdsp.com/book-demo. Enter your name and email, pick a 1-hour slot (times adapt to the time zone you choose; our calendar is Central Time), and submit. You will see Your request for a demo was received on the page, and we email confirmation within 24 hours with the Zoom link once confirmed.

Question 23

How does the referral program work?

Accepted Answer

Open Billing and copy your personal referral link under Refer a DSP. When another DSP owner creates an account through that link and then pays for OS (Scorecard, modules, Full OS, or extra stations) for two months, you get your next OS month free. Driver Portal is never included in the free month for you or for them. Only the DSP owner can share the link and see referral status. You cannot refer your own account.

Question 24

Does fpdsp file disputes for me?

Accepted Answer

Not yet for real Submit. Today you get write-ups to copy, plus a filing trial on Scorecard → Dispute Generator: Run one filing trial opens your DSP portal with the Sign in once session, finds one Ready dispute's TBA, opens Click to Dispute when it can, and stops before Submit so you can review the report on Agentic AI → Scorecard Agent. Confirm then file and File automatically are coming next; both stay off until you choose them. Safety alerts still file in Netradyne by hand. When File Disputes on Portal is turned on, it can also run a trial Wednesday and Thursday at 9 AM (still never Submit until real filing ships).

Question 25

Does DVIC Time show DVICs in real time?

Accepted Answer

Close to it. The Fleet Agent checks the DSP portal around every wave: at the wave time and 10 minutes after (while vans are still at the station), 10 minutes after the planned departure for late pre-trips, every hour while vans come back for post-trips, and at 12:20 PM and 10:20 PM as a safety net. A DVIC shows within minutes of the check after the driver finishes it, since that's when the portal records how long it took. Everything shows on Fleet → DVIC Time, which opens on today in Day by Day: every DVIC checked so far, who did it, pre-trip or post-trip, how long it took, and that vehicle's minimum, with a green check when all are compliant. Each morning, once the first DVICs are saved, the bell also gets a Heads up with today's count and whether all are compliant, kept up to date through the day. A rushed DVIC sends you an alert that pops up on any fpdsp page, and the driver a coaching message; a rushed pre-trip from the last 45 minutes asks them to redo it before leaving the station. The Checked time at the top is the last time the agent actually read the portal. If the DSP portal gets disconnected, the checks pause and DVIC Time shows a yellow warning until it is connected again under Agentic AI → Connections; the next check then catches up on everything it missed.

Question 26

How long does a DVIC need to take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the vehicle, not the station type. 90 seconds for vans rated 10,000 lb or less (cargo vans, EDVs). 5 minutes for DOT vehicles rated 10,001 lb or more, the line federal (FMCSA) rules use: step vans, 16 and 26 ft box trucks, and a Sprinter 4500. fpdsp reads each vehicle's weight rating from the DSP portal and its VIN, so an RSR or AMZL station with step vans or box trucks still gets 5 minutes on those.

Question 27

A dispute moved my week up to Fantastic Plus. Where do I see the money I'm owed?

Accepted Answer

Finance → Incentives, in Scorecard Upgrades After Disputes, and on Scorecard History for anyone with Finance access. Fantastic pays $0.07 a package and Fantastic Plus $0.15. The final incentive is the week's eligible packages times the final standing's rate. The first incentive invoice already paid the old rate, so you're owed the $0.08 difference times that week's packages. fpdsp checks every invoice after the change, not just the next one, for a line naming that week (usually "Delivery Excellence Week" and the number), including payments split across several invoices, and never marks it paid without an invoice line that proves it. Each week shows Outstanding (no invoice found yet), Partly Paid, On Invoice (billed, payment not in yet), or Fully Paid with the invoice number and date. The notifications bell alerts Finance users when a payment is expected and again when it's paid.

Question 28

Does fpdsp decide which injuries go on my OSHA log?

Accepted Answer

No, you do. Every injury case shows a preliminary OSHA check based on 29 CFR 1904: days away, restricted duty, care beyond first aid, loss of consciousness, a significant diagnosis, or a provider recommending treatment or time off. It shows the rule behind each point and what's still missing. It never decides from a refusal, from where care happened, from who paid, or from a workers' comp claim. You mark each case Recordable or Not Recordable, and only the ones you mark recordable show on OSHA Log Prep. Injuries treated with first aid only (an ice pack or a bandage at the station, for example) usually aren't recordable.

Question 29

Can fpdsp print my OSHA 300 log, 300A summary, and 301 reports?

Accepted Answer

Yes. OSHA Log Prep prints the 300 log and the 300A summary for any year from the cases you marked recordable, and each recordable case prints its 301 incident report. The 300A fills in your establishment address, average employees, and hours worked once you enter them. OSHA accepts equivalent forms; check every entry before you post, sign, or submit. fpdsp never submits anything to OSHA for you.

Question 30

What's in Templates & Forms?

Accepted Answer

A searchable library of ready-to-print forms for Employee & HR, Injury & Medical, Vehicle Accident & Fleet, Safety & Compliance, and Operations. Search for a form, preview it, then print it or download it as PDF or Word. Risk cases, Van Damages, and employee files link straight to the matching forms. Every form is reviewed by the fpdsp team before it's published, and you always get the latest version. They're sample business forms, not official government forms or legal advice, so check your state's rules and your insurance carrier's instructions before you rely on one.
